Sebastian Lyon, manager of Troy Trojan Fund and Personal Assets, an investment trust, explains why he owns two of the Magnificent Seven technology stocks, Microsoft and Alphabet, but is steering clear of Nvidia as he wants to keep a lid on risk. Lyon also discloses two new holdings, and two stocks that have been sold. An out-of-form company that Lyon continues to back is Diageo, which he’s held for 18 years. He’s backing a share price recovery, although notes that this could take time. Lyon explains why he remains a long-term fan of the stock, which, he says, continues to have plenty of pricing power.
